Welcome to Anvesaka Yoga, my aim is to help you reach your full potential through exercising of both the body and the mind. Yoga not only builds strength and flexibility, but also awareness, self-confidence and contentment. Yoga can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. We offer traditional mat based classes in several styles, as well as being the only aerial yoga provider on Teesside. Our classes are open to all regardless of age, gender or ability. We operate primarily from locations across Teesside and County Durham but are always looking for new locations who might be interested in aerial yoga in particular.
